Project Overview: SOLOX Energies successfully designed, supplied, installed, tested, and commissioned a 108 kW Ground Mount Solar Power Plant for NCC Limited at the NHAI Madurai Outer Ring Road Project in Tamil Nadu.
This project demonstrates our capability to execute infrastructure-focused solar installations from an undeveloped site through complete commissioning while maintaining high standards of engineering, quality, and safety. The Madurai Ring Road Phase-I project is a major National Highways infrastructure project being executed by NCC Limited for NHAI on NH-744A
Our Challenge

The project comprises high-efficiency solar modules, installed on an in-house-designed and fabricated MMS structure with an optimized module tilt and calculated row pitch, and integrated with an on-grid PV inverter.
The project scope included site layout and marking, foundation and piling works, mounting structure installation, module installation, DC and AC electrical works, earthing, lightning protection, testing and commissioning.
The project was executed with a focus on quality, structural accuracy, electrical safety and reliable long-term solar power generation.
